Model 275
Self Erecting Concrete Plant
|
The model 275 mobile concrete batch plant allows contractors throughout the world to manage higher profits and higher production, all while transporting less equipment between job sites.
- 2, 3, or 4 aggregate bins
- up to 275 cubic yards per hour production
- Totally self-contained. Needs no outside power source.
- John Deere diesel engine powers a hydraulic power plant which operates all batch plant and auxiliary equipment functions. Modified wave inverter furnishes 120V power to computer control. All valve controls are 12V DC.
- Self Erecting eliminating the need for cranes speeding setup and teardown.
- The plant is leveled by four hydraulic jacks. Three turnbuckles tie down the bins and fold away batch house. Hydraulic rams raise the cement storage silo into its vertical position. Two Pins hold the tower in place. All wiring is permanently in place Only the water discharge hose and cement discharge hose need to be connected.
- Can easily be set up by a 2 man crew in a matter of hours.
- Pulls as one unit and is sold as a complete operating concrete plant.

Our most basic concrete plant is offered in 6 and 11 yard sizes. Typically consisting of two individual modules, both can be towed by a 3/4 ton pickup and are erected using the tow pickup truck. .
Configurations can include portable silo, supersacker, bag breaker, auger feed and other customized solutions for your project.
This plant is ideal for international and remote projects. |

Peak Max is towable by a pick up truck, and erects on stable soil, this ultra portable concrete plants is easily transported and quickly erected. No other portable plant offers this level of portability while maintaining a quality product at production rates between 75-120 cu. yards/hour (55-90 cu. meters/hour) depending on configuration.
Standard Model Includes:
- Pintle Hitch road legal trailer frame with 1,100 cubic foot (275 BBL) cement silo with integrated self cleaning dust filtration system
- 15HP double flighted cement screw; 2500lb/min
